Bay Of Islands Cottages

Bay of Islands Cottages is hidden away and quiet, by the beach and bush, with ponga ferns and flowers all around. Watch the calm Bay waters in the light sea breeze as you enjoy our special cooked breakfast.

We have a rowboat, go fishing and swimming. Our beds are firm and our sheets pure cotton so you can enjoy the quiet nights accompanied by our local moreporks (NZ owl).

We offer superior accommodation in three self-contained cottages and a studio, each with en-suite. All are secluded - the cottages have their own bush site, the studio adjoins our house. Non-smokers preferred.

We serve a special breakfast in our home. Russell offers several excellent restaurants, or you can cook your own dinner and dine overlooking the bay.

The New Zealand coastline and bush has long been our love. We have tramped our way around most of it and here we have found the right spot. Come and enjoy this private and tranquil place with us for a while.
